Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on orders over $50
- A flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout for orders below this amount
Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Local Delivery & Pickup
Chadicavellion does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.
Returns, Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made
- For returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Delays & Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- High shipping volumes
